"from time onwards" is a layering of materials and textures, where every mark and element represent the intersection of past lives, present experiences, and futures yet to be lived. The technique allows her to build depth, reflecting the complex layers of ancestry and how these influences are etched into our being. As the imagery emerges, it becomes a visual map of connections – where the past doesn’t simply fade, yet continues to inform and evolve within us.

This body of work is an exploration of generational legacies. It’s a reminder that while we carry fragments of our ancestors, we also have the responsibility to pass something forward – creating an unbroken thread of continuity, growth and transformation. It acknowledges the ways in which memory, stories and identities of those who came before us are passed down – sometimes in subtle, invisible ways – and how in turn, we become part of this ongoing cycle.
