Gravity Wave  features a tiny sliver of quartz from Leanganook(Mt Alexander) which glows under the microscope. This work highlights the visual and structural similarities between granitic stone formation and the natural flow patterns found in wind, water, universal and biological systems. Using advanced imaging technologies at Monash University, I magnified the small scale geological forces within collected stone fragments. I digitally hand-coloured the resulting images to emphasise their dynamic forms and compositions. The works amplify minute details that evoke cosmic connections, illuminating relationships across Earth systems.
