Bronze Casting

The Bronze Casting program offers an insight into the processes involved in Bronze casting using the ceramic shell, lost wax process.  Over the two-day course Jason Waterhouse give an introduction into bronze casting. The participants will be guided through techniques and methods involved in modelling in sculpting wax and create a sculptural form no larger than 7cm in any direction.  In Day 2 Participants will meet at the Fundere Foundry in Sunshine (www.funderestudios.com.au) where they will view demonstrations and partake in hands on activities involved in the lost wax process.  At the completion of the course students will have a Sculpture cast in bronze.

Requirements
This course caters for all learners. 
Must have own transport or pre arranged alternatives.
some materials supplied, bronze casting is at extra cost.

1 x 6 hours + 1 x 3 hours

Masterclass Withdrawal

If you need to withdraw from a masterclass course, you are required to give at least a week notice notice prior to the start date of the course. A 20% (of course fee) withdrawal fee applies. Refunds may take up to 15 working days. No refunds, transfers or credit notes will be issued for withdrawals when less than a week is given. Masterclass cancellations

Stockroom reserves the right to cancel any scheduled course. In the event of a cancellation, students will be notified two days before the scheduled start date and refunds will be provided. Refunds may take up to 15 working days. Classes are subject to sufficient enrolment numbers.
